What materials did you use? 4ply yarn, don't know the brand as it was given to me from a garage sale

What are you most proud of? That they fit and I only made one mistake in my calculations on the first sock that resulted in ripping back half the sock, but mostly that I did it and I love them.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Enjoy it and don't be afraid to re-watch sections over and over again, especially if you are new to socks.

Thank you for your comment and good luck with trying the afterthought heel. I have since done another pair with the short row heel and I'm currently trying a heel pattern from Ravelry called the Fish Lips Kiss Heel. I've also done a mystery sock knit-a-long that was cuff down, but I love toe- up the best. I know have at least several more socks patterns I want to try. Oh no, I think I'm getting addicted :)
