Here is my first muslin. I'm having a bit of problems with the fitting. I tried to make the fba, but I'm still not happy with the fit over the bust. I got some tips from Christine, so soon I will make muslin 2 ;)

Hi I like your muslin, looks like the bottom darts are not lining up with your apex (point at the bust line), Think they should at lest point to the points (apex) on your blouse.

I had lot of problems with the fitting and worked with my muslin over and over again but suddenly it was good enough and now i am working on my second blouse. So dont give up!

I am also still pinching, tucking, and slashing on my test fabric. I am encouraged by how well your muslin looks. One day soon we will have the fit we like and sew bunches of blouses.

You're definitely on the right track so keep it up!! The highlights are cool - would be fun to include something like them as a design element, but I'm not sure how. Maybe stamping or wax resist dying??
