Learn It

This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
Shoot It! A Product Photography Primer »

Instructions

I really wanted to play around with my photo. I used my timer, I used my vibrant setting on my camera and I used complementary colors. You can see how I played with the red lipstick and the green in the background and in the scarf.

Difficulty:

Category: Crocheting

Type of item: Accessory

For: Women

Style: Outdoorsy, Casual, Cute

Materials

Using my handy dandy crochet stitch book and boutique yarn I made this cowl. After taking the Shoot It course, I used my Canon S95 and a tripod to take this photo.

What was your inspiration?

My inspiration was the olive green in the scarf. I wanted to play off of it.

What are you most proud of?

I am proud that I was able to take a self photo.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Take you time and take lots of photos. The right one is out there for you.

Gorgeous! Don't suppose this pattern is available? Also, what yarn did you use?
