What was your inspiration?
Mom coming for Christmas. She said she is having a hard time getting pillow cases on her king pillows. So I told her I would make her some pillow cases. ( using 45 inch wide fabric.) She told me she need all the width she could get on the pillow cases; so I cut very little of the selvage off the fabric.
What are you most proud of?
Using material that has been in my stash for over 10 years. Mom wanted cotton & ploy pillow cases. Most of my stash is 100% cotton. These colors also match her bedroom colors.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Follow the instruction on the sight I have under instructions. You'll do great.
