What materials did you use? 1 1/4 yards Mizzou cotton fabric, about a yard of 1 inch black grosgrain ribbon, a yard and a half of the zebra stripe ribbon, and just over a yard of the pawprint ribbon. McCalls 2272 was the basis for this pattern.

What are you most proud of? I really like how all the trims look together, and I like that the pattern was pretty quick to put together. I also love that, for $12.00 worth of fabric, I had enough for this apron and a scrub hat for my husband!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? If you have a serger, you can serge the edges of the bib and add whatever trim or ribbon you like on top! Since the cut of the apron is quite plain, you can really have fun with the trimmings!

This is sooo cute, and I'm sure much better than the one your sis favorited! The packaging is creative - it's literally the total package!! M-I-Z, Z-O-U!

When I look at that pattern, it is a dress pattern. How did you get from the dress to this cute apron? I'd like to see a picture of the upper back.
