What are you most proud of? This is the first micro pet I ever crochet... and I didn't even use a pattern.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? It's a lot easier than you might think.

How do you make it?

Thanks for the questoin... I had some left over multie color red heart yarn. It only took about 2 feet of yarn. If you look closely at the yarn you can se the 4 plies... I split these and tied them together to make long thread. The crochet hook was 1.30 mm.

PART 2 or response: chain 3, join, crochet 5 in loop.... sc 2 in eachsc from previous row (10 st).... sc 1, increase1, sc 1, increse1 untill you have 15 st... 1 sc in each st round and round untill you have a tube about 3/4 inch.... decrease 1, sc 1, dec 1, sc 1 unill there are 10 st... in the final row you decrease 5 so you end up with 5 stitches... cut with a 2 inch strand of yarn... stuff with bits of stuffing or yarn... weave the yarn end into the 5 stitches and gently pull closed...tie, do not tuck in

Part 4 the tail and legs: these are all the saem, exept you have only 5 sc around and add a few extra rows for the tail.... start just like the body, untill you have 6 stitches... sc 1 in each for about 5 rows (for the tail, when you reach 5 rows decrease 2 stitches and add 3 extra rows)... do not weave and pull legs and tail closed... instead, stuff and (using needle and thread) sew legs, tail, and head onto the body in the possition you want... sew on mini beads or buttons... the wiskars and mouth are bits of thread...

NOTE: this is not an exact pattern.... I rarely use pattrns, so nothing I make will be the same, and yours will probabl look a little different from mine. I hope you have lots of fun making a kitty!!! I would loe to see how yours turns out when you make one.
