Original handmade necklace and pendant by Bobbi Maw This is an extraordinary Labradorite Cab with a stunning blue flash. It is wire wrapped in Solid Sterling Silver to simply but elegantly showcase its brilliance. The piece screamed for something more than a simple chain, so I wove hundreds of tiny flashy faceted Labradorite beads together using the centuries old Chinese braiding technique, Kumihimo. The braided portion of the necklace measures 10 inches (25.4cm) - I then finished the necklace with Sterling Silver cones 6mm Labradorite beads, Swarovski Crystals and Sterling chain so that it is comfortable on the back of your neck when worn. The necklace can be adjusted from 17 inches (43.2cm) to just over 20 inches (50.8cm) because of the heart shaped Sterling Silver extender chain. The necklace is then finished with a Sterling lobster style clasp, and a tiny Labradorite and crystal drop. The pendant measures almost 3 inches (7.6cm) long from the top of the bail, and just over 1 1/4 inches (3.2cm) wide at the widest point.
