My Dad always had Calla Lilies in his garden. I painted this some time ago, but was reluctant to start the stitching. Our Guild had a show this weekend and I was determined to have it ready. So here it is. I will definitely do another project using this method. I loved the process from beginning to end once I conquered my fear of the stitching.

How did you conquer that fear? I'm still in the throws!

You conquer your fear "by just doing it". Really what have you got to lose. Just go slowly as if you are taking each stitch by hand.
