What materials did you use? I used the remnants of an old dress, some denim, medium weight interfacing, second hand strap and handbag hardware from the local thrift shop, however the silver studs were purchased new.

Looks very professional. The lining is striking. Very good work.

Where do you buy bag hardware in Australia? Thanks

11/23/2014 Flag

Most of my handbag hardware comes straight off bags from op shops, I usually take off the d rings and snap fasteners and even the strap, not bad for around $2 - $4. I have bought some items such as twist locks , studs and handbag feet from a site on ebay called Ahwok handbag supplies ( ? spelt that right) they were reasonable, based in Korea or China .I also buy the zips new @ the local craft shop. Hope that helps.
