Used a very dilute solution of cornstarch and water (1 t cornstarch to 1/2 c water, heated until translucent) as a wash immediately after removing the loaf from the oven. Gives a lovely sheen without the eggy taste of an egg wash. Made one giant loaf instead of mutliple smaller ones - delicious and dramatic!Difficulty:
