Instructions

STEP 1: Measure and mark 12” (30 cm) from the hem of the sweater. Cut this piece off.
STEP 2: Serge the raw edges.
STEP 3: Gather the top edge (opposite of the rib) until the opening is closed up.
STEP 4: Using the hand sewing needle to stitch around the edge opposite of the rib for reinforcement.
STEP 5: Then sew on the pom-pom using the hand sewing needle.
