What materials did you use? I started with left over 5 inch white blocks and assorted pink strips/strings

What are you most proud of? I am happy that I just went with the flow. This is not at all what I thought this would be. I thought that the pink "sticks" would make a nest. But then I put a solid color square in the middle, turned the sticks a bit, and my love nest turned into a love bug. I only stopped because I ran out of fabric.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Just go with the flow and push the edge of your little box

I love this.

Your arrangement of leg segments gives this Love Bug motion. Also, your play on light to dark segments persuade s me to believe it's crawling right off the white background. Better hurry--its running away! Seriously, this is genius. Best wishes and thanks for sharing. You'll have a bizzillion followers with amazing projects like this one.
