This is so cuddly looking, is it 3 layers of flannel or do you use 2 and 1 of batting?

Thanks maggiesc, I used 2 layers of flannel only, which is thick enough for a snuggly lap quilt. :D

The ruffle is so perfect as well, this is the nicest rag quilt I have ever seen.
