What are you most proud of? Loretta is so happy with it! She is a quilter and the one who has encouraged me to jump into quilting with both feet! I have...and LOVE IT!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Watch for the direction of the French language print as you cut the various pieces for the blocks. You may want to make simple templates of the pieces that use it and make directional arrows on them, prior to cutting, if that is level of detail you want.

I absolutely love this quilt as I too love roosters. I'm a city girl but I love cows, roosters and all things country. Great job!

Thank you! I enjoy all things country too! There is a French twist to it, I like! I want to make one for myself. What is your latest project?

Well Loretta is very lucky to have received such a beautiful quilt with beautiful fabric! I wonder if this fabric is still available? As for me I am working on the craftsy BOM project as well as a baby quilt for a dear friend of mine who is having her first grandson in August. Of course I have a million other projects I would like to start or finish in between but I am sure you know how that goes. Thanks for sharing such an inspiring quilt!

Thank you beeboop71! I haven't checked on the fabric availability, but I hope it is still out there. I would love to make one for our home. I can't wait to see your Craftsy BOM and the baby quilt. What a great friend you are for being so generous! You are correct. I also am in the long line of 'I would love to make that one, oh wait, look at that one, I MUST have that' project agenda! HA~ We love it~
