What materials did you use? Fabrics from my stash and some Kona fabric for the squares and triangles on the lone star.

I found this fabric in my stash and decided that it would be great for testing how to fussy-cut the diamonds for a Lone Star quilt. I added the little orange flange between the yellow and the red in order to make a smoother transition in color. I was quite pleased with how it turned out, even though it wasn't perfect.

Thanks! I thought it was interesting and fun. My quilting of it, though, has left a lot to be desired. I'll probably try to undo some of the lines because I was using a machine without the walking foot, and the material bunched at the center. Looks awful!
