What was your inspiration?
The collection of course cotumes started with sorcerers, kings and fairies - but this simple cape can be adapted to so many things. I made this sweet cotton version and insantly thought of Little Red Riding Hood. My model was so inspired, she changed her mind about what she wanted to be for Halloween and her mama is out searching for the perfect basket.
What are you most proud of?
I love costumes that can be done easily with NO PATTERN, like this one.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Dive in - take the course. There are so many wonderful and easy things you can do to make beautiful costumes!
