There is no pattern for this sweater as it was designed especially for this unique garment. The handspun and hand dyed yarn is showcased by the simple, but very comfortable and classic lines of the cardigan. The stitch pattern is also a simple one, a combination of knit and purl stitches that will highlight the lovely texture and halo of the handspun yarn.

Materials

I spun the yarn from raw Angora Rabbit fiber on my Louet S45 in a relatively fine thread then put 2 together for a nice balanced 2 ply yarn with plenty of integrety and balance but lots of beautiful handspun character. The yarn was then washed and very carefully dyed a lovely Indigo colour in a pot right here in my home studio. The resulting yarn is stunning in its softness with a very slight halo which will develop over time with more washing and wear.

One of a kind Angora rabbit baby sweater handknit in the softest and finest handspun and hand dyed angora yarn. This is definitely next to the skin soft!
An original design that I created just for this cardigan so it is truely a One of a Kind (OAK) garment.
The front band features 5 handmade buttons. A very special little sweater that would make a wonderful heirloom quality gift.
