What are you most proud of? I am most proud that the cake tasted as good as it looked. So many people complemented me with that statement and then said they had to try all three flavors; chocolate, french vanilla and red velvet. They also loved the flowers and the molds!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Give yourself plenty of time and have patience when doing your flowers and arrangent.

Hi Chef Dominic, I should have mentioned your molds that I used; Gloria and Mandy were perfect for this cake. I dusted them with pearl dust so they really popped! Thank you very much for your comment and compliment. Without your molds, this cake would not have been as beautiful! I will have to post the bridal shower cake I did using Rosemary on the stilletto high heel topper; everyone loved it and wanted one!
