My Truckin buds have wee dogs that freeze their tummies when it snows, poor babies ;o)

How would I get the pattern for this sweater. I have a 3 lb. chihuahua and would like to knit it for her.

Hi Jossydogknits, this particular pattern can be found in a leaflet called "Fiber Trends" Dandy Dog Sweaters. I bought it at my local Yarn store. Leisure Arts has a book called "Dog Sweaters to knit and Crochet"(10 designs) and there is a huge pattern book (36 projects wow) by ILENE HOCHBERG called "Stylish knits for Dogs. All of these have patterns for small dogs...hope this is of help to you ;o){PS I extended the belly portion for the girls by adding 1 more heart row to the pattern)
