What are you most proud of? It just feels great when you wear it - so light weight you hardly know you have it on and it looks soooo heavy.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? When using a disk cutter place it on a very firm surface and use a large hammer. I use a small sledge hammer. You have to hit the cutter hard and try to only hit it once. This may take some practice. I was used to tapping my metal to add texture but with this you want to really HIT it hard to drive the cutter into the metal.

Oh thanks so much. I've just started playing around with aluminum, I normally use copper and brass. I also plan on making a belt from these in the near future.

Love this - I made a similar type in a bracelet for my jewelry class final project. Wish I'd seen yours first though for inspiration. Fantastic design!

thanks - this was so fun to make and so light weight - also no worries about sealing the metal due to it not turning or tarnishing
