What was your inspiration?

My dad saw me knitting a scarf, and made it pretty clear that that scarf would make a really cozy blanket. I decided that an afghan would make a good Christmas gift.

What are you most proud of?

I initially started this as a completely different afghan. After the fourth time I had to frog it and start over, I switched to this pattern. I'm glad I stuck with it, even when I got frustrated.

You would scale back the stalking if you had heard even a fifth of the swear words I lobbed at this blanket in process. =) i may force them to pose with it when I drop it off this weekend.
