What was your inspiration?
My daughters efforts to ensure a unique vintage wedding. She knitted all the buttonholes and I put this 'alternative' cake together as something she could maybe use to store cherished wedding things.
What are you most proud of?
Finishing it in time!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Leave more time than you think you need and pay attention to detail.
