For First Try: Hand dyed, hand wrapped, Araucania Yarn in Coliumo Multy Color 16; 95 yd./86.8 m. per skein, 70% wool, 30% silk, 100 gr./3.52 oz. (I used 1 skein plus about 5yds. of another skein. This is a chunkier yarn and I only used I strand. ) For Second Try: 2 strands of worsted weight thread or 1 strand of bulky weight about 120 yards On Both Scarves: Size 11 knitting needles 1 darning needle
