Jungle Print & Denim Quilt

Instructions

I used upcycled denim (old jeans) and a fun "jungle animals" print cotton fabric. I cut out individual animals from the fabric, applied them with iron on fusible web on random denim squares. I then stitched around each animal - so they were more secure. I just randomly place the demin squares - no special pattern.

Difficulty:

Category: Quilting

For: Children

Style: Cute

Materials

Jungle Print fabric, Upcycled denim, Fusible web

What was your inspiration?

To make a fun child's quilt or play mat from the jungle print.

What are you most proud of?

That my 2 1/2 year old grandson saw the quilt he said "I LOVE that quilt nana".

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

This is a great way to use up old jeans!
