Instructions

I put ric-rack on the modern dresden plate block in place of sewing it to a piece of the background fabric and then turning it inside out. I got the idea from the October 2012 issue of American Patchwork and Quilting magazine. I sewed the ric-rack on the top, then turned it over, pressed, and then stitched it to the background fabric.
