Choose a picture for the focal point. Mat it with two colors that are in the picture or the background. Make the mats wider on the left side and use the lace punch on that side as shown on the card. 5x7 blank card. Picture of flower (my own watercolor painting). Floral paper to match flower colors. Computer generated greeting on white card stock. Martha Stewart lace punch. Card stock colors to coordinate with background paper. Grosgrain ribbon.

The picture of the iris that I had painted.

The way the colors coordinated.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This is not a difficult project and lends itself to many different interpretations.
