Is this done as a cross stitch on top of the already knit cloth? finish the cloth first and then the message? Very nice.

I love to knit because I can watch the transformation of "string" into something beautiful. I am SO DISGUSTED at the "Killing" thoughts in this pattern. I mean, really, come on, can't someone come up with a better phrase? VULGAR!
