What are you most proud of? That I actually used graph paper to place out how I wanted it to look before hand. I made a small adjustment when the bottom square (last square needed to be 1.5" longer to accomediate the bottom of the panel.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Find a panel you love, buy 2 and then get some graph paper. Not all quilts have to be micro pieced to be a quilt! :)

What a wonderful idea. I have loved some panels but had no idea what to do with them. I love all the inspiration on this board. Yours is beautiful.

Beautiful quilt and wonderful concept! I made this pattern for my daughter's university convocation and based the theme around her trip to India during her 4th year. I'll post it in this forum soon. Love the idea of the two panels!

I like what you did with 2 panels. I have to cut and piece some children's animal panels into a quilt this summer. Yes, I'm ready to graph out my design to make it work. Great job with yours.

Lovely! I've got the same peacock panel but really didn't know what to do with it - you've inspired me!
