What was your inspiration?

My sister wanted something in "Red" so this is what I made for her.

What are you most proud of?

I was proud that I could use my imagination and have it come alive on this Afghan. My sister loves birds and bird houses so I just went from there.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

If you are making a solid corlor afghan for someone, make something that you know they really like or enjoy and put it on there. It is not really that difficult when your imagination starts flowing with ideas. I had no idea what I was doing, it just all came together.
