What was your inspiration?
I saw a cute tutorial on GoodKnits.com (the Simple Statement Wreath) and went from there. The wreath wrapping is just like the flip-flop technique shown in my class, then I added the border from the Fleece Blanket lesson. The flower patterns are available in the course and the leaves are my free Autumn Leaves pattern on Craftstylish.com.
What are you most proud of?
I love the color scheme. It took me a while to settle on it but once I found the glass bird I knew what I wanted to do. I'm going to make another in blue and white.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Go for it, it's fun!
