Here are the step by step on the this elegant heart cake: 2 days in advance make your roses with royal icing at thick consistency(if icing is too thick add a teaspoon of water to soften). Make your buttercream with pink rose gel paste & leave some white on the side. Bake your favorite cakes on 10x2 & 6x2 pans. Let cakes cool completely before you start crumb coating. Once cakes are set, start frosting them & design. Use #21 tip for star borders & #1 tip for writing. I hope this will be helpful.

My apologies ladies for the repeated responses, my computer went haywire. I will be gathering all info and will be putting up a step by step guide on how the cake was done and the tools used to make this cake.

Np, bake your favorite cake on Wilton's heart pans. For icing I used buttercream with pink rose color food paste, the flowers are made of Royal icing at thick consistency.

Awwwh! Thank you! It was very simple, I used royal icing to make the roses and buttercream at thin consistency to ice the cake along with Wilton heart pans.
