What materials did you use? basic sewing and quilting materials and supplies, cording, batting. I used a selected packet for fat quarters a friend gave me for the bright fabrics and complemented with black scrap from my stash.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? I found the finished bias strips impossible to make (or maybe I was just too impatient). Next time, if there is a next time, I will use either pre-made finished bias strips, start with wider strips so I can more easily finish them, or use a different type of handle.

Thanks, it cheered me up as I made it when I had the flu.
