Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I used the wax paper transfer method to apply the fondant details on the cake - the fencing on the base tier, the trees on the second tier, and the stripes on the top tier. It was so easy to do!! I will surely use this method for most every cake from now on! I used cake balls for the pumpkins and Jack's head. The cake balls set up faster than fondant, so they worked better for this cake because I didn't plan ahead and get the fondant pumpkins made and dried before the day I needed the cake!
