Instructions

These shorts were very easy to make. I didn't add a pocket as my hips don't need the extra bulk! I extended the length a little as I don't like the really short shorts. They are so comfy too!

Nice job - looks like you constructed them without much stretching of the fabric. Great color! Emerald is supposedly the color of the year: http://www.pantone.com/pages/index.aspx?pg=21055 I got a similar color fleece for my hoodie, and I have two ready-to-wear knit dresses in greens that I'm hoping to eventually copy the pattern because I love them so much I'm going to wear them out. Funny, I just realized that I'm in a green top in my profile photo too. I just love the way it makes me feel - ready for spring! :-)

Thanks Zanna. It seems that I am accidentally fashionable! I am just going through my stores of material and using up what I've got. This colour happened to be one of them. But I do love these shorts.
