What was your inspiration?

When I saw the fabric on eBay I knew I wanted to make a bag. And I wanted something specific to my tastes (strap length, dimensions, waterproof interior).

What are you most proud of?

The durability of it. The reinforced strap is really holding up to everything I put in it.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

I used newspaper and tape to make a prototype to see how big I wanted it and how long the strap had to be. From there I made the pattern. This way the size was guaranteed to be what I wanted.
