What are you most proud of? I am most proud of how the blocks are coming together. It's much easier to envision your quilt if you see the sample first.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? When starting this project I think it's important to have fun & relax, while learning some new ways to do things.

I just love the fall colors in your blocks, and what a wonderful quilt this block in these colors would make.

I think most of the blocks we've made would look terrific in a repeat block quilt. It just seems I lean towards the gold, navy, hunter green & cranberry. Most anything that is rustic or traditional appeals to me. I bought half of my fat quarters in darks and the other half in lights of those colors but tend to use the darks the most since my background is white.

I enjoy going to the"Saved Projects" of different quilters because most people have all their blocks there and you get a good idea of what their quilt will be like. I'm only making 1 quilt with BOM but hope to make some others using some of the blocks - definitely no hexies! Not my speed. Lol
