This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
Quilting Quickly: Patterns, Techniques & Tips »

Difficulty:

Category: Quilting

Type of item: Home Decor

For: Infant/Baby

Style: Traditional, Cute

Materials

Cotton Charm Pack and used Fun fur for the back and around the edges.

What was your inspiration?

My granddaughter loves all things soft so I knew I had to have the softest backing. I've always wanted to try making a quilt and a baby quilt is small so it wouldn't take forever to do.

What are you most proud of?

That it turned out so well!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

This is a fabulous project for a beginner quilter!

The print looks like Sakura, which I fell in love with when I first saw it. I have a few winter things to finish and am looking forward to a Spring fabric in the future. This looks terrific. Cute Cute.........oops, I just read the note below that says it is, in fact, Sakura
