What was your inspiration?
The beautiful colors in the Gerbera Print spoke to me. Combined with a simple texture stitch, the yarn gives the illusion of more complex color work, yet the pieces work up quickly.
What are you most proud of?
These pieces are part of a collection created for the Universal Yarn Design Partnership Collaboration!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Just enjoy watching the color pattern emerge! The striping pattern does not have to match on both mittens, but, if you want it to, make sure to start the print section of the second mitten at the beginning of the same color as on the first mitten.
