Thanks to Maria Sousa I used the Fondarific fondant which is absolutely wonderful, plus Joshua John Russell's gumpaste recipe. So much fun. The flowers I learned in the SugarartFlower class with Jacqueline Butler applique with Joshua and the bows and embleishments straight from Maria. I can't wait for the buttercream class and the antique fondant class...... Sorry about the sideways pictures...tried everything but they would not come up straight on!
What was your inspiration?
I have had a home based bakery for several years, and I needed to touch up many of my skills...these were extremely helpful.
What are you most proud of?
I am most proud of the fact that all the teachers taught me to be patient the most!! I'm always in a hurry and they all taught me to chill a little....Rome wasn't build in a day.
