What was your inspiration?
I have always wanted to create a Maggie Austin style cake for my shop window and her fabulous tutorial showed me how. i wanted this cake to show the depth of pink. it actually has three more tiers but they didnt all fit into my photo studio!
What are you most proud of?
my patience. Making these ruffles is an act of love
