Instructions
Give friends a square (14 or 12 inches or desired measurement) of muslin fabric and ask them to design and stitch a quilt square of their choice. Ask them to embroider their name and date on it. What was your inspiration?
A very dear friend gave me her squares that she had collected from our friends. She had advanced in years and could not do the quilting. The ladies that did the squares were also my friends so this is very special to me. She died shortly after I finished the quilt. A wonderful friend and lady.
