What are you most proud of? this is my first time making and using modelling chocolate. I think i will use it again haha

Too good to cut on

What advice would you give someone starting this project? When I cut my starburst template I deliberately cut them a good 1/2" longer than the size of the cake, would rather have them longer and trim to fit then have it too short.

Did you cover your square cake with fondant all at once or did you panel the sides?

Hello Marianna, Yes I covered it all at once, it was a 6" cubed cake so it was fairly manageable, plus the cake was ganached as well. Thanks for asking :)
