What are you most proud of? I made 3 small baguettes and 1 small boule. The flavor and texture was outstanding! They turned out to be way better than I had expected :) The half baguette in the picture is not intentional ~ My husband made of with half a baguette, when I went to go get the camera for a picture!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? If you are making this for 2 people, I would cut the recipe in half. That's what I plan on doing the next time.
