What are you most proud of? I am glad that I decided to participate in the challenge. It encouraged me to create a design and use techniques I have learned in several Craftsy classes in one project. I used decor bond as a quilting stabilizer for the first time. I also designed and created my first "feather spine" paper template. Creating the spine in template form helped to insure the dimensions and look of feathers would be uniform.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Go for it!

Just came across this project. I am still kind of learning my way around Craftsy even though I have belonged for a while. I limp along with the computer. These feathers are absolutely beautiful, you deserved a ribbon for them. I think I need to start doing instead of watching. I know the more you do the better you get. I just made a signature quilt for my sister and brother in laws 60th Wedding Anni. I did lots of feathers which I was quite pleased with. It really makes you feel good to accomplish things you are pleased with. Can you tell I love feathers. Diane

Yes, I know what you mean. Lately, I have been watching more than doing the class projects because I have such a long list of projects to complete. I try to incorporate techniques learned in class for those projects. This was one of them. I used techniques learned in two Craftsy class for this feathered wall hanging. Yes, I love feathers too!
