This was a cake I completed for my son's football team celebration. I used the instructions in this course. The cake turned out super stable!! I will also use this construction method. One thing I did wrong is the first "green' tier. I centered in with the Pole versus the cake -- so the "green" bottom tier is a little off. Can't wait to do this cake again. Thanks Richard and everyone for looking.
