The lessons and a love of bread were my inspirations.
What are you most proud of?
I'm most pleased with the focaccia.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
My suggestion would be to take careful notes during the video regarding number of stretch and folds, refrigeration process, and steps the following day. At this point I'm still not sure if I should mist this type of bread (I didn't).
