This pattern was not well named by Lion Brand and does not have a pattern number, so searching for it on the website can take a few minutes. The picture on the website is of 5 dish clothes laid out on a red and white background. In part of the description it says "Made with a simple seed stitch....."

This is the same pattern I used for my "Evacuation Curtains".

What was your inspiration?

My daughter and I wanted her black bedside table to have some kind of "pop of color" and I wanted to protect the table's finish from anything she might put on it (i.e., a coffe cup).

What are you most proud of?

My daughter and I both got what we wanted! (If you are or have ever been the parent of a teenager you know how hard this can be sometimes!)

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

This pattern is so awesome for customizing. I have made dish towel and dish clothe sets, cafe curtains, and now a table runner with it. It can be made with the lines the first two rows make running horizontally or vertically.
