A rather nasty fleece from my local shop that didn't sprint back if you stretched it, and actually would tear or break into holes. It was the only fleece they had - not much demand for fleece when the temperature rarely drops into the 70's
What was your inspiration?
I would not normally have made anything out of fleece - it's so hot here! But I am so keen to learn about sewing with knits that I am following the course religiously and I made the first project above.

What are you most proud of?
I waited for a windy day so I didn't melt taking the photos!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Do try out all of your stitches on some scraps first. I got over enthusiastic and made a mistake with the hem on my hoodie. Read why on my blog post.
