What are you most proud of? That I worked out through all the tangles without throwing it all away. My singles really wanted to twist back on themselves while I was plying them, and in some cases broke where my singles were underspun or just too thin to handle the pulling I had to do on some knots that had formed. But I persisted, and even though I had four or five various sized hanks when I was finished (there will be lots of joining if I knit with this stuff) I plied all 4 ounces into something usable.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be very careful when plying such finely spun singles, keep your spools of singles very far away from each other to avoid a tangled mess. I had to put one spool on each side of me, well separated, so they didn't meet until I wanted them too, right at my hands, or they would just get all messed up.
