What materials did you use? Hand dyed cotton base, Multipurpose threads for couching and embroidery threads.

What are you most proud of? I didn't have to purchase any materials for this project and was able to use goodies from my stash. I was also able to use some calico I had hand dyed myself in the microwave oven.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? A couching foot would really help. I didn't have one on hand but will be looking to get one. As I live on an island it is not easy for me to access one immediately.
